1. What operating system are you using?
2. If you are not using Vista, were you prompted for the XP CD?
3. Copy the msi to a folder and open a command prompt and navigate to
the folder
4. Run msiexec.exe /i msphi.msi /v*lxie %temp%\msphi.log
5. Log-in to http://connect.microsoft.com and create a feedback. Attach
the log file and I will look at it as soon as possible and update
you/this thread on what needs to be done.
